How To Access

Dashboard → Purchases → Manage Purchase


Purchase Orders  are records used to document the transaction between a supplier and a buyer.

By utilizing purchase orders, you streamline the purchasing process, as well as have a legal document that helps avoid messy situations like incorrect stock order or prices.

Validate your purchase with different status like draft, pending, ordered, validation, received and canceled



Date: Purchase creation date and time.

Reference No.: Purchase reference number. A simple way to identify a purchase order, by supplying it with a unique reference number.

Supplier:  The name of the supplier you are purchasing from.

Purchase Status: (Received/Pending/Ordered/Cancelled) The Purchase  status.

Grand total: Purchase order total amount.

Paid: The amount we paid to the supplier.

Balance: Purchase pending amount, we need to pay the supplier.

Status: (Received/Pending/Ordered/Cancelled) The Purchase  status.

Menu: At the right end click the navigation icon it will show the purchase menus.

Details: Give full information about the purchase.

Edit: To edit the data of purchase.

Custom receipt: Extended form of commercial invoice required for store.

Payment: It view the payment details.

Add Payment: You can add the payment for the purchase.

Expiry: Purchase payment expiry date.

PDF Download: is a file format that has captured all the elements of a printed document as an electronic image.

Email: Invoice of sales forward to Email.

Return: The process of sending back or return the purchase for certain issue.

Logs: Shows the information of change made by user for particular purchase.

Delete: Erases the information.

Search: Use the FIND search bar to search for existing Purchase Orders. The best way to do this is via the Reference number, And also we can search all purchase fields like date, supplier, status, etc…

At the top left side of the page you will see the search bar:

Header Toolbar:

At the top right of the page you will see the toolbar:

New Purchase: Create new purchase order.

Purchase Return: You can able to return your purchase

Return History: You can able to  look the return history.

Bulk Purchase: You can add your purchase bulk in order.

Archive: You can able to look after once the purchase deleted

Delete: You can able to delete your purchase

Help: If you need any help.

Export Excel: Whole registered details export to excel sheet.

Export PDF:   Whole registered details export to PDF file.

Delete: Clear all of the field data  in the current screen.

Print: You can able to print your receipt

Basic: View your sales in basic mode.

Advance: Exact detail view of the sales.

Zoom: You can able to zoom your sales and check

Filter Bar:

It use of filter the date of Purchase Orders, Filter the reference number, Suppliers and current status.

At the footer of the data page.

Page Navigation: At the bottom right of the page you will see the page navigation.
