Search a customer in sell screen

  • To search the customer, click the customer field at the top right of the screen. Search box will appear, type the customer’s name, phone number, email and company.
  • A customer list will show matching customer names. You can keep typing more letters until the results are filtered enough to find your customer.

Add a customer in sell screen

  • First Search for your customer if customer is not found, you can add the customer without leaving the sales screen.
  • Then click ‘Add Customer’ and it shows pop up window fill in the appropriate fields to add the customer.

View Customer Details

  • If you wish to view detailed information of a customer you can do this right from the sales screen.
  • To do this click the ‘View Customer Details’ button on the top right corner and navigate to ‘view customer information’.

Edit Customer Details

  • You can also edit the customer details in the sales screen.
  • To do this click the ‘Edit Customer Details’ button on the top right corner and navigate to ‘edit customer information’.
