Create a Customer Group

You must create a customer group before creating new customer. This is so you can set customer groups to know your customers better.

Add new Customer Group

  • From the ‘Customer’ menu click the sub menu labelled ‘Customer Groups’.This will direct you to the page ‘Customer Groups’.
  • Click ‘Add Group’ button , it shows pop up window fill in the appropriate fields.

Create a Customer

Cazura offer two ways to create new customers, via the Customers Screen, via Register Screen.

Add a customer via the Customer Screen

A customer can be added via the Customer screen in Cazura. The customer screen have lots of extra information about your customers including company, email address, phone number, city, customer group.

  • From the ‘Customer’ menu click the sub menu labelled ‘Manage Customers’.
  • Then click Add Customer button, it shows pop up window fill in the appropriate fields and click ‘Add Customer’ button.

Add a customer via the Register Screen

To add a customer on a sale in Cazura, follow the steps below:

  • In the search box, type the customer’s name, phone number, email, company.
  • A drop-down will show matching customer names. You can keep typing more letters until the results are filtered enough to find your customer.
  • If your customer is not found, you can add the customer without leaving the sale screen.
  • Just click ‘Add Customer’ button and it shows pop up window fill in the appropriate fields to add the customer.
